Notice
WHEREAS the Canadian Venture Exchange Inc. made a decision on or about July 5, 2000, and confirmed in a letter dated July 25, 2000, in connection with matters concerning Thomas William Cox;
AND WHEREAS Cox has applied to the Commission under section 28 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 for a hearing and review of the decision;
THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing and review of the decision of the Exchange will be held on January 30, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
