¶ 1 On June 28, 2006, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 against Fairtide Capital Corporation (Fairtide), Bayshore Management Corporation (Bayshore), Gibraltor Consulting Corporation (Gibraltor), Richard Norman Jeffs (RNJ), Robert Leigh Jeffs (RLJ), and Francis Jason Dean Biller (Biller).
¶ 2 On April 24, 2007, the Executive Director entered into settlements with RNJ and RLJ and issued orders in respect of them.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director considering that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Fairtide, Bayshore, Gibraltor, RNJ and RLJ.
