¶ 2 Unity Wireless Corporation has its head office in Burnaby.
¶ 3 Unity Wireless Corporation’s securities are quoted on Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.
¶ 4 Unity Wireless Corporation’s securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Unity Wireless Corporation’s securities.
