¶ 1 On March 10, 2010, the Executive Director issued a Temporary Order and Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418, naming as Respondents Microline Veneer & Forest Products Corp. (Microline) and Peter William Arthur Wise (Wise).
¶ 2 On February 17, 2011, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with Microline and Wise.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Microline and Wise.
