MDMI Technologies Inc. and James Richard Elliott
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
- ¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated August 23, 2007.
¶ 2 On April 15, 2008, James Richard Elliott applied to adjourn the hearing.
¶ 3 MDMI takes no position on the adjournment.
¶ 4 The Executive Director does not oppose the adjournment.
¶ 5 The Commission adjourns the hearing to 10 am on June 6, 9, 10, 13 and 16, 2008 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
