Notice of Order to Stay Decision
Pan Geo Investment Inc. and Gary Hamill
Section 165(5) of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
Pan Geo Investment Inc. and Gary Hamill applied for a hearing and review of an Executive Director's decision made on January 16, 2002. In that decision, the Executive Director informed the parties the registrations of Pan Geo and Gary Hamill would not be renewed when they expired on January 31, 2002.
Hamill also applied for a stay of the decision pending disposition of the hearing and review.
On January 31, 2002, the Commission ordered under section 165(5) of the Act that the Executive Director's decision is stayed pending disposition of the hearing and review.
