¶ 1 China YouTV Corp. is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.
¶ 2 China YouTV Corp. has its head office in Vancouver.
¶ 3 China YouTV Corp.’s securities are quoted on OTCBB in the United States.
¶ 4 China YouTV Corp.’s securities are the subject of a promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of China YouTV Corp.’s securities.
The Order
¶ 6 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of China YouTV Corp. is halted until the end of August 16, 2007.
