¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission has been holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The panel issued its findings on September 9, 2005.
¶ 2 The Commission set February 27, 2006 to hear submissions on sanctions. That date has changed.
¶ 3 The panel will now hear submissions on sanctions on February 28, 2006, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
