Section 28 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On March 13, 2003, a TSX Venture Exchange disciplinary panel released a decision against Global Securities Corporation, Robert Semple, Robert Tassone and Bruce McConnachie.
¶ 2 The TSX Venture Exchange, Bruce McConnachie and the Executive Director applied for a hearing and review of the decision. Mr. McConnachie subsequently withdrew his application.
¶ 3 The Commission set the hearing to start June 25, 2007.
¶ 4 The parties will provide joint written submissions on or before June 22. If the panel wishes to call the parties before it to answer questions, that hearing will be July 4 at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
