¶ 1 On August 5, 2011, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act) naming Jerome John Rak, as respondent.
¶ 2 On December 8, 2011, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the respondent.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the respondent.
