Hearing notice – adjournment and hearing dates

Manna Trading Corp Ltd, Manna Humanitarian Foundation, Legacy Capital Inc.
and Legacy Trust Inc., Hal (Mick) Allan McLeod, David John Vaughan,
Kenneth Robert McMordie also known as Byrun Fox,
Dianne Sharon Rosiek, Robert (Robb) Murray Perkinson

Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
 
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above respondents. The allegations are set out in the amended notice of hearing dated June 27, 2008. On July 27, 2007, the Commission extended the temporary order until the hearing is held and a decision is rendered.

¶ 2 The hearing was scheduled to begin on October 6, 2008. On September 5, 2008, the executive director applied to adjourn the hearing.

¶ 3 The Commission adjourns the hearing to commence at 10 am on
      January 5 to 7, 9, 12, 14 to 16, 27 to 30, 2009
      February 16 to 19, 2009
      March 16 to 20, 23 to 26, 2009
    at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
