      ORDER:-- WHEREAS in the decision of the British Columbia Securities Commission rendered in this matter on March 10, 1989, the Commission ordered under section 134 of the Securities Act S.B.C. 1985, c. 83 that Marvin J. Judd, Douglas R.G. Harris, Buxton Placer Exploration Ltd., George Krueckl and Earl MacRae be required to pay prescribed fees or charges for the costs of the Superintendent of Brokers investigation, the amount of which will be determined on further application to the Commission;

      AND WHEREAS Commission staff have made application that the Commission determine the amount of the prescribed fees and charges for the costs;

      AND WHEREAS Commission staff have given notice of the application to each of the Respondents, and no one has made a submission;

      NOW THEREFORE, after considering the application of Commission staff, the Commission has determined that the prescribed fees and charges for the costs of the Superintendents investigation are $20,000 and, in accordance with its decision, orders that each of Judd, Harris, Buxton, Krueckl and MacRae pay an equal amount, so that each pays $4,000.
