ORDER:-- WHEREAS by Amended Notice of Hearing dated the 19th day of December 1988, the Superintendent of Brokers ("Superintendent") gave notice of a hearing on January 12, 1989 at 10:00 a.m. to give Beverlee Patricia Claydon ("Claydon") an opportunity to be heard before the British Columbia Securities Commission ("Commission") determines whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 145 and 145.1 of the Securities Act S.B.C. 1985, c. 83 as amended (the "Act");

AND WHEREAS a hearing was held on January 12, 1989 to give Claydon an opportunity to be heard before the Commission determined whether orders should be made under section 145 and 145.1 of the Act;

NOW THEREFORE the Commission having regard to the evidence before it and submissions of counsel for the Superintendent and counsel for Claydon, and considering it to be in the public interest and BY CONSENT, ordered:

1.that under section 145 of the Act, that the exemptions described in sections 30 to 32, 55, 58, 81 or 82 of the Act do not apply to Claydon for a period of ten years, effective immediately, and
2.that under section 145.1 of the Act Claydon
a)resign any position that she held as a director or officer of any reporting issuer, and
b)is prohibited from becoming or acting as a director or officer of any reporting issuer for a period of ten years, effective immediately.
