Section 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On June 2, 2011, the Commission issued a partial revocation order (the Partial Revocation Order) under section 171 of the Act that the temporary order issued by the Executive Director on March 8, 2011 that all persons cease trading in the securities of Kunekt Corporation, extended by the Commission April 8, 2011, be partially revoked to permit Gordon Dick to sell the Shares as defined, and under the terms set out, in the Partial Revocation Order.
¶ 2 The Partial Revocation Order incorrectly referenced Mr. Dick’s first name as Gordon; however his first name is Gernot.
¶ 3 Under section 171 of the Act, the Commission amends the Partial Revocation Order to refer to Gernot Dick, instead of Gordon Dick.
