ORDER:-- WHEREAS on March 12, 1992, the Commission, after holding a hearing under section 144(1) of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985, chapter 83 made certain orders (the "Orders") under sections 144, 144.1 and 154.2 of the Act against C. Philip Yeandle;
AND WHEREAS Yeandle has applied to the Commission under section 153 of the Act to vary the Orders to enable him to trade certain securities;
AND WHEREAS the Commission considers that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so;
IT IS ORDERED under section 153 of the Act that the Orders be varied to permit Yeandle
1. |  | to transfer 22,080 common shares of Euro-Pacific Resource Group Inc. to Euro-Pacific Resource Group Inc. within 21 days of the date of this order; | |
2. | | to transfer 127,500 escrow shares of Fair Resources Group Inc. to Franco Cecconi within 21 days of the date of this order; and | |
3. | | to transfer 15,000 escrow shares of Euro-Pacific Resources Group Inc. to Philip Wilhelmsen within 21 days of this order. | |
