¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated August 23, 2007.
¶ 2 On September 21, 2007, MDMI Technologies Inc. and James Richard Elliott applied to adjourn the hearing.
¶ 3 The Executive Director does not oppose the adjournment.
¶ 4 The Commission adjourns the hearing to 10 am on October 30, 2007 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
