Ruling
I Introduction
¶ 2 On August 8, 2011, the Executive Director amended the Notice of Hearing and added allegations against various respondents, including against Timothy John McLeary.
¶ 3 On September 26, 2011, the Commission set dates for the hearing of the allegations, which starts May 24, 2012.
¶ 4 On April 17, 2012, Timothy McLeary applied to adjourn the hearing of the allegations against him.
¶ 5 After considering the submissions from Timothy McLeary and the Executive Director, we dismiss Timothy McLeary’s adjournment application. We will provide reasons in our findings ruling, following the hearing.
