¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated September 14, 2006.
¶ 2 The hearing was set to start on July 16, 2007. On July 12, 2007, the Commission adjourned the hearing, by consent, to September 4 to 11, 2007, with the exception of September 6, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
