Application for Disclosure
On November 13, 2002, the Executive Director issued a notice of hearing. On November 20, 28, and December 5, 2002, the Executive Director amended the notice.
On Tuesday, February 4, 2003, at 9 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, the Commission will hear an application for disclosure by John Da Costa and Anne McFadden.
