Hearing Adjournment and Extension of Temporary Order
Eric Wayne Nelson and Alicia Nelson
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against Eric Wayne Nelson and Alicia Nelson. On October 29, 2002, the Executive Director issued a temporary order and notice of hearing against the respondents. The temporary order originally was set to expire on November 13, 2002, but was extended on that date to February 11, 2003.
The Commission, with the consent of the parties:
1. and considering it necessary and in the public interest, orders under section 161(3) of the Act that the temporary order be extended to March 5, 2003; and
2. adjourns the hearing to March 5, 2003, at 2 pm at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, to set a date for the hearing.
