Hearing notice – Adjournment and Extension of Temporary Order

Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On August 11, 2009, the Commission extended the temporary order against Sungro Minerals Inc. and adjourned the hearing to September 4, 2009 (2009 BCSECCOM 436).
¶ 2 With the consent of the parties, the Commission extends the temporary order and adjourns the hearing to September 25, 2009.
