¶ 1 On April 19, 2008, an Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (formerly the Investment Dealers Association of Canada) hearing panel released a decision against Golden Capital Securities Ltd.
¶ 2 Golden Capital Securities Ltd. applied for a hearing and review of the decision.
¶ 3 The Commission will hold a hearing to review the decision at 10 am on March 13, 2009, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
