¶ 1 On February 3, 2009, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming Dalton Bruce Dupasquier (Dupasquier) as a respondent.
¶ 2 On September 11, 2009, the Executive Director entered into a Settlement Agreement with Dupasquier.
¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against Dupasquier.
