¶ 1 On March 13, 2003, a TSX Venture Exchange disciplinary panel released a decision against Global Securities Corporation, Robert Semple, Robert Tassone and Bruce McConnachie.
¶ 2 The TSX Venture Exchange, Bruce McConnachie and the Executive Director applied for a hearing and review of the decision.
¶ 3 The Commission set the hearing for June 25 to 29, 2007. The Commission has changed those hearing dates to June 25 to 27, and July 3 and 4, 2007 at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
