XRAYMEDIA Inc. and Raymond Christopher Dabney
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against XRAYMEDIA Inc. and Raymond Christopher Dabney. The allegations are set out in the Notice of Hearing dated July 8, 2005.
¶ 2 By consent, the Commission sets the hearing for 10 am on November 15 and 16, 2005, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
