¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against Brian David Anderson. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated March 21, 2006.
¶ 2 On June 14, 2006, Anderson applied to adjourn the hearing. The executive director opposed the adjournment.
¶ 3 After considering submissions from the parties, the panel adjourns the hearing to 10 am on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set dates for the hearing.
