Background
¶ 1 On June 28, 2006, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996 c.418 as am. against Lionel Mervin Negus (Negus), Christopher John Thompson (Thompson), Parklane International Corporation (Parklane), Orion Ventures Inc., Rockwell Holdings Ltd., Edgemont Developments Ltd., and Kevin Wilson (Wilson) (collectively, the Respondents).
¶ 2 On January 25, 2007 the Executive Director reached a settlement with Negus, Thompson, and Parklane and with Wilson and issued orders in respect of them.
¶ 3 Accordingly, the Executive Director, considering that it is not prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the Respondents.
