Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against the above parties. The executive director set out the allegations in a notice of hearing dated December 30, 2008, as amended January 26, 2009.
¶ 2 The hearing is set for 10 am on July 6, 7, 8, 10, 13 and 14, 2009, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
