¶ 1 On January 24, 2007, a TSX Venture Exchange Inc. disciplinary panel released a decision against Kenneth George Trociuk.
¶ 2 Kenneth George Trociuk applied for a hearing and review of the decision.
¶ 3 The hearing was scheduled to begin on February 20, 2009. On February 16, 2009, the parties applied to adjourn the hearing, by consent.
¶ 4 The Commission adjourns the hearing to commence at 10 am on April 8, 2009, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
