Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding hearings to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the above parties. The allegations are set out in notices of hearing dated September 2, 2004 and December 7, 2004.
The executive director has applied to have all the allegations heard at the same time. The commission will hear the application at 9 am on Friday, January 14, 2005, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
