The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against Douglas Laurence Mason. We will hear preliminary applications on March 9 and 10, 2004, at 10 am. The hearing is set for October 25 to November 26, 2004 (with the exception of November 2 to 4 and November 11) at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
