Ruling
¶ 1 On February 7, 2011 the executive director issued a notice of hearing against Dirk Christian Lohrisch under section 161(1) of the Securities Act,RSBC 1996, c. 418.
¶ 2 The executive director applied to have the hearing conducted in writing, and to have issues of liability and sanction heard concurrently. Lohrisch has consented to the executive director’s application.
¶ 3 I rule that the hearing be conducted in writing, and the issues of liability and sanction be heard concurrently.
¶ 4 I direct the parties to agree on a schedule for filing submissions.
