Kunekt Corporation
Section 89 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 Kunekt Corporation (Kunekt) is a Nevada corporation that is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets.
¶ 2 The Executive Director:
- 1. considers that there are unexplained and unusual fluctuations in the volume of trading in, or market price of, Kunekt’s securities,
2. has become aware of information, other than information filed under the Act, that when disclosed to the public may cause, or is likely to cause unusual fluctuations in the volume of trading in, or market price of, Kunekt’s securities, and
3. considers that circumstances exist or are about to occur that could result in other than an orderly trading of Kunekt’s securities.
The Order
¶ 3 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Kunekt is halted until the end of March 8, 2011.
