Henry Jung, David John Allen
and Reginald Clarke Handford
Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Act against Henry Jung, David John Allen and Reginald Clarke Handford. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated August 2, 2007.
¶ 2 On June 5, 2008, Henry Jung applied to adjourn the hearing.
¶ 3 The Executive Director did not oppose the adjournment.
¶ 4 After considering Henry Jung’s application, the Commission adjourned the hearing to commence at 10 am on June 16 and end on June 27, 2008, and to be held at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
