¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider an application by the Icahn Group for orders in relation to a take over bid by the Icahn Group to purchase up to all of the outstanding common shares of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.
¶ 2 The hearing is set for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
