Section 28 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On July 19, 2006, the Investment Dealers Association made a decision confirming that it retains jurisdiction over Charles K. Dass even though Dass is no longer an Approved Person registered with the IDA.
¶ 2 On August 21, 2006, Dass applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision.
¶ 3 The Commission will hold a hearing to review the decision at 10 am on April 19, 2007, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
