Hearing notice – hearing dates
¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding hearings to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161 and 162 of the Act against Tara Capital Finance Corporation and Parvez Nadeem Tyab (the first matter) and Foresight Capital Corporation, Foresight Financial Services Ltd., Naeem Riaz Tyab, Gilbert Kenneth Wong, Jill Ellen MacGregor Bock aka Jill Ellen MacGregor, and Martin Raymond Hall.
¶ 2 The allegations are set out in the notices of hearing dated September 2, 2004 and December 7, 2004, respectively. The commission was to hear the first matter from March 14 to 16, 2005.
¶ 3 On January 14, 2005, the commission granted the application of the executive director to have both matters heard at the same time and adjourned the hearings.
¶ 4 The commission will hear both matters from 10 am on November 28 to December 16, 2005, except December 1, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
