The British Columbia Securities Commission is to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties. The commission will hear applications for disclosure on November 24, 2004 at 5 pm at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The hearing is set for 1 pm on November 30, and 10 am on December 1 to 16, 2004 (except December 2) at the same address.
