The British Columbia Securities Commission has been holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties.
The hearing is scheduled to continue on September 13, 2004 commencing at 10 am and will continue on September 14, 16 and 17 and October 4, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15, 2004.
The hearing is being held at the commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
