Leigh Jeffs
Section 165 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On October 20, 2004, the Commission made a decision to refuse to grant to Leigh Jeffs a consent which would allow individuals to provide to Jeffs information or documents already provided to the Commission under an investigation order.
¶ 2 On November 4, 2004, Jeffs applied to the Commission for a hearing and review of the decision.
¶ 3 The Commission will hold a hearing to review the decision at 10 am on Wednesday, May 17, 2006, at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
