The hearing is scheduled to begin on October 23, 2006. On September 29, 2006, the Executive Director applied for an adjournment by consent. The Executive Director says that the BCSC investigator scheduled to testify will not be available. The parties request a new date at the end of March or in April 2007. The panel dismisses the application.
If the Executive Director wishes to reapply with further submissions, she should do so as soon as possible in person.
