Ruling
¶ 1 This is an application by Henry Jung, David John Allen, and Reginald Clarke Handford for an adjournment of the hearing in this matter which is set down to start on June 9. They say they require more time to review the disclosure, and seek to adjourn the hearing for at least 90 days.
¶ 2 The executive director issued the notice of hearing on August 2, 2007, and provided particulars and made disclosure of almost all of the documents by the beginning of September. The hearing dates were set on October 3. Another, much smaller, group of documents was disclosed on March 20, 2008.
¶ 3 In our opinion, it will not be unfair to the respondents if the hearing proceeds as scheduled, and it is in the public interest that hearings proceed without undue delay.
¶ 4 We dismiss the application.
