¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against Terry James Minnie and Raymond Patrick Shaw.
¶ 2 The hearing was set to start January 16, 2006.
¶ 3 We remain of the view that it is not in the public interest to hold the hearing in this matter until a decision is issued in related criminal proceedings. The hearing is therefore adjourned to 10 am on February 22, 2006 at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, when the Commission will set a date for the hearing.
¶ 4 Temporary orders, issued on October 7, 2004 and extended on November 26, 2004, remain in effect until a hearing is held and a decision is rendered.
