¶ 1 Exchange Mobile Telecommunications Corp. is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.
¶ 2 Exchange Mobile Telecommunications Corp. has its head office in Vancouver.
¶ 3 Exchange Mobile Telecommunications Corp.’s securities are quoted on Pink Sheets in the United States, and the Frankfurt exchange in Germany.
¶ 4 Exchange Mobile Telecommunications Corp.’s securities are the subject of an ongoing promotional e-mail (spam) campaign in British Columbia.
¶ 5 The Executive Director considers that circumstances exist that could result in other than an orderly trading of Exchange Mobile Telecommunications Corp.’s securities.
The Order
¶ 6 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest, orders that trading in the securities of Exchange Mobile Telecommunications Corp. is halted until the end of August 9, 2007.
