Foresight Capital Corporation and others - ruling
On September 19, 2006, Mr Wong applied to have the panel consider submissions on alleged “Illegal filing of Working Capital Reports”. In our view, the submissions have no merit and we dismiss the application.
The panel will not at this late stage receive any further submissions on liability.
