Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under section 161 of the Act against the respondents. The hearing is held at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia and starts at 10 am.
On March 4, 2003, with the consent of the parties, we adjourned the hearing between March 14 and 21, 2003, and set additional dates. The remainder of the hearing is now set for the following dates in 2003:
· March 10 to 13;
· March 24 to May 2 (except April 2, 7, 8, 10, 25 and 28);
· July 7 to August 8 (except July 10 and 11, and August 4 and 7);
· November 17 to 21; and
· December 1 to 9 (except December 4).
