TAKE NOTICE that the hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under sections 161, 162 and 174 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 against Donald John Sutcliffe based on allegations in a notice of hearing issued by the Executive Director on November 18, 1999, has been scheduled, by consent, for March 14 and 15, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
