Ruling
¶ 1 On February 24, 2012 the executive director issued a notice of hearing containing allegations that Damien Edward Reynolds contravened the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418.
¶ 2 During the course of the hearing, held on May 15 and 16, Reynolds objected to the admission of the following documents as exhibits in the hearing (described by their pre-marked exhibit numbers):
- Exhibit 4, pages 1-3
- Exhibit 7, pages 2, 8, 9, 49-51, and 59-130
- Exhibit 8
- Exhibit 27, pages 1, 2, 4-9
- Exhibit 45
- Exhibit 50
- Exhibit 51
¶ 3 We rule that the following not be admitted as exhibits for the purposes of determining liability:
- Exhibit 4, pages 1-3
- Exhibit 7, pages 2, 8, 9, 49-51, and 59-130
- Exhibit 8
- Exhibit 27, pages 1 and 2
- Exhibit 45
- Exhibit 50
- Exhibit 51
¶ 4 We rule that the remaining pages of Exhibits 4, 7, and 27 be admitted as exhibits.
