Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against the above parties.
On October 2, 2003, the respondents applied to adjourn the hearing. The Executive Director opposed the application and the Commission heard the matter on October 6.
The Commission denies the application. The hearing will commence on October 9, 2003 at 1:30pm at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12 Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
