- ¶ 1 On November 15, 2010, the Executive Director issued a Notice of Hearing under section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 (the Act) naming Theodore Nitta and Venturex Global Investment Corporation, as respondents.
- ¶ 2 On May 6, 2011, the Executive Director entered into a settlement agreement with the respondents.
- ¶ 3 The Executive Director, considering it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so, discontinues the proceedings against the respondents.
